Mandler, sukker og et twist vand. S\u00e5 simpelt er det. Lav endelig en stor portion nu hvor du er igang, s\u00e5 du ogs\u00e5 har til v\u00e6rtindegaver, desserter og til snacks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis det er ved juletid har jeg to tips: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Tils\u00e6t 1 tsk kanel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Drys lidt hakkede br\u00e6ndte mandler henover din ria a la mande<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du skal bruge:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>200 gram sukker<\/li><li>200 gram mandler<\/li><li>10 spsk. vand<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kom det hele op i en gryde eller pande og s\u00e6t p\u00e5 h\u00f8j varme. R\u00f8r rundt konstant og hav t\u00e5lmodighed og gennemg\u00e5 f\u00f8lgende faser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Til at starte med vil vandet fordampe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dern\u00e6st vil sukker t\u00f8rre ind og blive som sand. Bliv ved med at r\u00f8re og kom til n\u00e6ste fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sidste fase er at sukkeret begynder at karamelliseret og omfavne mandlerne. Og sukkeret bliver klart. Hvorn\u00e5r du stopper er en smagssag.
